Arise & Reign is a Tampa-based 501(c)(3) Christian organization and discipleship community for women who desire to live fully surrendered to Jesus Christ and step confidently into the roles He has entrusted to them.

We believe Jesus comes first and from intimacy with Him flows everything else. When a woman is rooted in Christ, she is empowered to arise in freedom, identity, and purpose, and to reign as a leader in her God-given spheres of influence.

From the birthing room to the boardroom, women are being called higher. Scripture tells us we are seated with Christ in heavenly places and when we arise in that truth, we can reign with humility, authority, and grace.

Arise & Reign equips women through Christ-centered love and discipleship, focusing on four key areas where women are often called to lead and steward well:

  • Marketplace – Lead with integrity, purpose, and faith in our work and callings and grow as wise, faithful stewards of the resources God has entrusted to us.

  • Marriage – Cultivate Christ-honoring relationships rooted in love, service, and covenant.

  • Motherhood (or your intended third “M”) – Nurture the next generation with faith, strength, and wisdom.

Whether you are pursuing motherhood, raising children, building a business, managing a home, or stepping into leadership in your community, Arise & Reign is for the woman who longs to know God’s heart and reflect Him in everyday life.

Through the resurrection power of Jesus Christ, we help women grow into faithful stewards of their roles and confident leaders in their own right.

Because when we arise in Christ, we can reign for His glory.

This how battles are won. In scripture, we see how worship through songs produced victories. We see this happen at the Wall of Jericho, Paul and Silas in prison, to Jehosaphat’s army confusing the enemy with worship to the Lord

Bring a joyful noise and let’s see the Lord do what He can only do when we rejoice and worship through music.

It’s a moment to pause, breathe, and be refreshed before the busy holiday season begins.

Whether you’re a new mom, a seasoned mother, or a grandmother, Momsgiving is a space for women in every phase of motherhood to come together, be encouraged, and get filled up spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.

Before you pour into your family, come and let God pour into you.

Join us for a meaningful time of connection, gratitude, and renewal as we prepare our hearts for the season ahead, because moms deserve to be cared for too.

Join in on monthly Bible studies and prayer. As our roles evolve and as we meet the demands of life, time can be limited, our schedules become full, and our minds can easily get cluttered. To sustain our lives, it’s imperative that we renew our minds with the Word of God outside of weekly Sunday services.

Monthly Bible studies allow us to meet, hear from Jesus, and fellowship with one another without overloading our busy schedules. It is a time for us to take a deep breath and find rest in Christ.

About the Founder

Marla is a woman of faith, a visionary leader, and a passionate advocate for women stepping into their God-given purpose. As the founder of Arise & Reign, she is deeply called to equip, encourage, and empower women, mothers, daughters and career women to assume their rightful place as heirs in Christ.

Her journey has been shaped by faith, prayer, and the preservation of the Lord, and she understands the beauty and challenges of walking in obedience to God’s calling. Through Arise & Reign, she has created a safe and uplifting space where women can grow spiritually, build strong sisterhoods, and experience the power of community, prayer, and supernatural breakthroughs.

With a heart for service, she is committed to helping women rise in confidence, faith, and purpose, believing that when women step into their Kingdom calling, they transform their lives and generations to come.

Marla is a wife of almost 10 years and the mother of two young girls. Her journey with Jesus began in her childhood, as she recalls hearing the Lord’s voice as early as age five. Growing up, Marla was extremely and painfully shy, filled with timidity, fear, and insecurity, and affected by mental unsoundness. In college, she had an encounter with the Lord, which initiated a journey of trusting and loving the Lord with all of her heart, mind, and soul. Now she is a woman, free in Christ and no longer bound. Her radical transformation in Christ is one that she can not take credit for, but it speaks only of the supernatural resurrection power of the Holy Spirit. Her life has been a walk with Christ, with Jesus leading and directing her path!
